We allow rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Yes! We will provide everything you need from yarn, tufting guns, fabric, backing materials, to finishing tools.

No, the final finishing process takes additional time. Once we glued the backing it takes a few days to dry off. For fluid bears, it will take about 3 days for the paint to dry completely. You can pick it up in a few days or opt for shipping.
